your posts are really hard to get through, spacing and punctuation would help.
That said, put your lizard somewhere where it has to walk and watch carefully. If its bad you will know.
If its not do it again the next day too, if there is no improvement- off to the vet. Keep the heat up like Jif said as it keeps the blood flowing.
these guys are pretty tough much more than we give them credit for
