All of my Cyclura enjoy treats occasionally. Bubbles, the Rhino female, goes crazy for cooked pasta. If she sees a bowl she can't get to it fast enough. She and Scrub, the male Rhino, also really enjoy whole wheat bread. Doonie, the female Cuban, will chase grapes that are tossed and roll on the kitchen floor. She also relishes a superworm which I will give her about once a month. I've never tried applesauce. Do you use the all natural kind with no sugars added? I hope you are feeding your Rhino more greens than just Romaine lettuce. Romaine is very poor nutritionally.
