Re-glazed house window is a good idea, I am planning to do the same when I move to New York. Living in Los Angeles, I have always kept my rhinos under uv lights indoors for about the first two years, and believe that it helps alot psychologically to let them roam near an outdoor window, all the better if it passes UV.

I would be cautious about making the neodesha glass uv transferable as it could be a heat(death) trap if left out in the sun. Email me if you find a good distributor for starfire in the North East.
Good luck
