Does the below mean, and I asume it does you can't have more than say ten Texas Night Snakes in your possession at one time? If I have a pair and the female lays a big clutch of 9 eggs that all hatch then I have 11 Night Snakes I'm in violation? How and where do you get applications for the commercial permit?
