Hey! My husband and I are from San Antonio also. (Well I'm from here. He's from PA but has been stationed here for 9 years). NO snakes yet(we have 4 very michevious kids under the age of 6, so that will wait). We do have 7 bearded dragons that we have aquired in the past few months. They are so addicting. Our house is quickly losing space to aquariums & tanks!!! Both you and Dana mentioned pet stores in SA: I do not care for Petco, especially the one on Bandera. They are way overpriced and often their tanks are too small. We visit Alamo Aquatics (and Alamo Exotics) and River City on a pretty regular basis. Another favorite of ours is Pet Stuff on Northwest Military Highway. The owner there is very nice and has a small but descent selection of herps. There is also a place called Forever Pets. I believe it's off of O'connor Rd, but I'm not sure on that. We don't buy much from there but we like to go walk around and look at what they have. Let me know what you think...

:New to the forums and wanted to introduce myself,.. My name is Carlos, and I'm from SA.
: I Aquired a large BCC ( 7 1/2' ) about 2 months ago and fell in love with boas in general soon there after ! New additions soon to arrive are a HOGG ISLAND boa and GUYANA boa. I was hoping to meet some local enthusiasts in the area, any rodent breeders cruising this message board ? Love to hook up with other snake owners,. .post back on this,.. let's see how many locals are here.
