HELP in identifying four baby snakes:

I live in the Austin/Cedar Park area near Blockhouse. I was mowing my yard when I must have disturbed a snake nest. I picked up four baby snakes, precisely 6-8 inches long. They are light brown to dark brown, with a white underbelly. I can see no identifying marks or colors and as near as I can tell they are rat snakes or cottonmouths. I can't tell the difference at such a young age. I have young children and if they're poisonious I will take them to an appropriate spot in the woods, if not, then WHEW...
