Well, if you are well connected, you might be able to get a dr to sign the IND forms for you, if you're going for a crotalid av from outside the US--ie, other than CroFab. If you need CroFab, then you migth be abel to get a Dr to order some for you. Or you might find other ways to get your IND number and buy directly from the manufacturer.
:Are you even in the US? If you're not, then what I've just said is useless to you.
