It is illegal to sell ANY native species of reptile or amphibian collected in the state of PA. You may have one timber rattlesnake in your posession, it requires both a fishing license and a timber rattlesnake permit from the state Fish and Boat Commission. Please contact them about this nitwit, timbers are having a rough enough time here without people like this.
