Where's he been hiding? I havn'e seen him on the boards in ages and I miss his sense of humor.... I take it he's well, and everything is okay?

I've got cabin fever real bad out here in Virginia.... My wife was cleaning out our basement stairwell (outside) on Sunday and she found the biggest spotted salamander I've ever seen.... I wanted to run out and flip tin.... So I took my youngest out for an hour and we found absolutely nothing.... Then you start posting beautiful pictures of beautiful rattlesnakes and I can barely wait for warmer weather....

I'm going to try to buy a digital camera this spring to see if I can capture some pics of uor Eastern reptiles and amphibians for this and the field collecting forum.....

I love your photography and always enjoy a good in situ rattlesnake pic.... nothing like it in North America as far as I'm concerned.... and YOU are one of the best at taking well framed photos that I've ever seen where snakes are the subject...
