baby dusky pygmy rattlesnake?

I think i have found a baby dusky pygmy rattlesnake but its very strange it has a white band around its neck it has a reddish back that fades to grey and it dosnst have a yellow tale or any sight of a rattle It has Fangs tho..

I live on the east side of florida i found the snake in my pool

please help me find out what it is!!!
