On the other hand C.c.cercobombus basal tail segment should be black in adults and usually 21 dorsal scale rows .Not much difference seen more Sonoran winders then I could ever count and only a hand full of Mojave's so maybe that will help. Just in case C.c.laterorepens 23 dorsal scale rows and also the black basal segment of the tail! GOOD LUCK!!!
