the more i looked at the snake the lighting was kinda bright, its more of a darkish rust color, not a medium red hue. and it does have the blotched looking dorsal pattern of a C.viridis. i guess the school just titled the "Copes" as such since he named it, i'll notify them thats its actually a Baja. thanks guys.
