Don't pull them apart! It won't hurt to turn them over to peek, but don't leave them that way or you'll drown the embroys. Rotting eggs don't seem to affect healthy ones, even if they are connected. I have hatched many a partial clutch this way. Get the Corn Snake manual, lots of breeding advice, $14.10 shipped.
