I'm no expert and am writing because I see nobody else has. The white/grey fuzzy mold is a pretty common issue with eggs, at least with me. I attribute it to too much humidity or heat. I treat it by rubbing as much of it away as possible, and removing any vermaculite with mold on it. One must assume it will hurt the egg eventually, but I've had otherwise health but molded eggs hatch. Personally I vote against using an anti-fungus cream only because I'm pretty conservative when it comes to using medicine etc. Just check the eggs often and clean the area of fungus and play with heat/humidity levels and wait it out. Good luck. Maybe keep a record of which eggs got moldy and died and how many went on to hatch and make us all a little smarter a few weeks from now.
