I agree with those 3, but there are many smaller scale guys with excellent snakes.
Walter Smith comes to mind. Clint Boyer. Frank Pinello. Several others that post here are grat too. NW herps(audri?)
Just because they are not as large or as well-known doesn't mean they can't be the "best."
