Is it just broken up sphagnum moss? Is this what you always use for incubation?

I'm trying to figure out what type of medium I want to use when I have mine breed next year.


Also, about that dark spot/bulge on the one egg. Is that not what an under-calcified spot looks like? That's what I would figure it is.
