:Hypo means Hypo-melanistic. Melanine is the black pigment. Hypo means 'only a few' or small amount. So your snake is not hypo for 'anything' but has reduced black. Hypo is a genetic morph so if a snake appears to have less black it does not mean it is hypo. Once you have tested it by producing other hypo's you can call a snake hypo. You picture show enough amount of black to be an average normal. But that is only my amateur opinion. Here is my Hypo.
