Is there an amt of time when eggs are "in the clear"?

like its only been about 30 hours since they were laid but they are all still plump, white, leathery and looking like they just came out. (the slugs which I kept just in case stink TERRIBLY)

If they are still like this after a week is it safe to say their chances are good and everything can be left alone temp and humidity wise for the rest of the 50+ days?
