If she has a damp hide and is using it now, give her today to try and do it herself, but if she hasn't by tomorrow try having her crawl through your hand on a wet washcloth. That worked like a charm on one of mine last fall! It was like he knew what he was supposed to do with the wash cloth. Good luck:)

:My Motley just shedded last night, but only half way. The skin from the eye caps to the middle of the body has shedded but not from the middle to the tail tip. I put the corn in a damp sack with damp paper towel. Hopefully this should loosen the skin so she can complete the shedding process. Should I help her shed the skin or should I just leave her alone? Or should I have done something else?
