i too have to be careful as i don't have a dedicated herp room so i resorted to dropping my bed on the floor and pushing all the wardrobes against the walls, and i also have a nile monitor and a water dragon to run around in this room.Your collards should calm with age, just be patient and try putting your hand in their tank eventually they will get curious and start climbing all over yah!!!Try using a room with very little in the of furniture and use towels or books to block off gaps.
hope this helps,see yah

:if someone asked as many questions as i do.

:this might sound funny but i am getting jealous of everyone who plays with their collared lizards. is there any way to calm my babies down so that i can actually take them out of the cage and not worry about losing them? any advice will be sooo welcome.

:thanks
:becca
