: My collared seem to be well, active (jumping around all day), eats 3 to 6 mealies everyday ( a crix once in a while ) . I dusted his mealies every other day (not very often). His skin, particularly on his tail, seem to be a little dry. His tail is full, i dont worry about dehydratation. He dont shed very often, and his tail seem to be shedding "flaky like" instead of big piece of skin. Any of you ever try the skin conditioner they sell for reptiles ? Or any hint ?

I help mine out when they have some skin thats difficult, and spray it alittle, the collared usually does not like it , but the skin does come of quicker afterwards. As far as those conditioners ya buy I heard, don't waste your money !! :0) Eve
