Questions on lighting

Hi,
I'm trying to set up a naturalistic desert vivarium for collared lizards. I've read that I need lights with a kelvin rating between 5000 and 6500 and a CRI of 100. I can find those easily enough but they are 20 watt flourescent bulbs whereas the article I was reading used 55 watt flourescent bulbs. Will this make a difference? Any help would be greatly appreciated
