Is she sick or just chillin.....?

My 8 month old eastern is acting really funny. At first I thought she was just sleeping, but its gotten worse. All she does is stay in her rock cave and sleep, or at least has her eyes closed. She used to be full of energy, jumping all the time. She got out a while ago and had a run in with the dogs and lost part of her tail, could she be tramatized? She still eats sometimes and I make sure she drinks her water. I am just worried......Thanks
