I hate the *Expletive Deleted* Post Office

So my collareds are guarenteed by 3 pm ... now it is after 4 and according to the post office they don't have them and will not be getting them (today at least). How hard is it to deliver mail? $*%^@&*$%Y@^%()@*##^@@#!!!!
