Gestation Period

I caught my chucks mating this morning. Can anyone tell me what the gestation period is likely to be? I know to look out for descreased appetite and digging, but I'd like to be prepared.
Also, if everything goes to plan, what do people believe the best incubation temps and length are?
I've checked the archives for info re nest box etc
