Tom ,The doc works at two different offices.Call this number first and check if he is in.520-888-8988.If not have them give you the other number.I am at work now,so I don't have that number available to me and I don't have it memorized yet as they just set up shop a few months ago.Make sure you let them know you are calling long distance so they don't put you on hold to long...Bob
