your pics & all remind me of how great the Sonoran Desert is!! Hope to be there this spring again------ tell your "Pa" & Jaffo I am coming back with a vengance!! I know my baby chucks here will double in size over winter. Once they are one year old--- they ( mine at least) quit eating about this time of year and don't partake of food again until late Feb. but will drink/ lap water at times. Also let Jaffo know that I don't believe he really saw that desert iguana we chased up & down that fence line--it was only a ghost lizard!
