if it is, I would question the breeding/helath/ or quality just because that is so "off" the "market value" as it were that I have seen. Nice panthers are in the 300 to 400 dollar range and up. A baby of unknown future coloring might go for 100 or so. Just giving you my 2 cents from what I've seen at the shows.
