This morning after feeding and watering my cham, I noticed that his left eye was shut. All day I've been trying to figure out what to do.I put him in the shower for about a half hour, with hopes that he would open it back up, and he did for a little while, but not too long. For the rest of the day I have just left him in his cage with the ultrasonic humidifier running, hoping that the moisture could loosen up anything that could be in his eye. I do know that when cham's keep one eye closed it can be a sign of illness, especially a respitory infection, but before I worry about seeking a vet, I would really appreciate any comments or input that may help.
