BigT posted a while back about lady bugs not being edible(for chams...but apparently chimbakka's can eat them with no ill affect!)

I'm wondering about June bugs though. Do you think chams could eat them? We are quickly approaching that time of year, and I'm thinking...a new and hopefully exciting taste treat for Zoe?????

What about Junebug larvae? I have no idea what they would be called...besides horrendously ugly! They have that big head, so I don't know if they would maybe bite the cham?

:my kids have been hunting down all the bugs they can find to feed my soon to be new chameleon, the bugs will all be dead by the time our chameleon arrives but it's the thought anyway. is there any bug to NOT feed to a chameleon? we have ALOT of lady bugs, will their "shell" be too much for the chameleon to digest? how often can we feed our chameleon "wild" bugs and should they also be gut loaded like the crickets?
