Hard to say from your description, but consider a partial prolapse, infected hemipenes, or an abscess. You will need an experienced herp vet most likely. Keep him VERY hydrated, raise the air humidity a bit, and feed softer foods (remove crix legs, use newly shed superworms or mealworms, try soft bodied flying insects like houseflies) so he can pass stool more easily in the mean time.
