Here is what I use for my superworms:
1c oats
1 c white bran
1 c red bran
1 c 12 grain cereal mix
1 jar of tropical fish flakes
1 c powdered milk
some raw sunflower seeds (1/4 c or so)
1 c wheat germ
1 c alfalfa (you can put the pellets in the blender so they can eat it)
1/4 c coconut
There is other stuff you can add, but I think this has enough in it. :)
It seems like a lot, but you can find most, if not all, of the ingredients at a bulk food store (ie, Bulkbarn) and make a HUGE ziplock bag full for only $5 or less. Not a bad deal. Make sure that there is an all screen lid. If there isn't enough ventilationt than mold will be a big issue. Just smell for mould whenever you feed the worms to make sure there isn't any. They will also eat potato. Just make sure there are no eyes, because they are bad for your cham. :)
