As hard as it may be sometimes you just have to let nature take it's course.
Sometimes taking alot of meds will kill the appetite more than help it. I know you have gone beyond what most will do (myself included) but maybe it's just not in the cards for him. I hope you don't take this as mean spirited but sometimes letting nature take it's course is the best thing.
