Is this an ok setup for an adult vieled chameleon

i have an adult veiled chameleon. Shes is a female. I keep her in an enclosour of approximatly 264g about 1mX1mX1m. it it a mesh cage home made. it is heated by one 150watt heat lamp and is lighted by one 15watt 8.0 flouresent tube with 33%uv and 8%uvb. She have several large sticks, a large boston fern, a tall grass thing and african violet. i feed her 4-6 large crickets a day with lettece every secound day. Dose this sound good?
