Pygmies stay close to the ground. Not much useful sunlight actually reaches them. I've kept them before using those 4 foot shoplights w/ non-UVB bulb flourescents, but if you have the money, strive for UVB. I don't know if it really benefits them, but it's reassuring to know that the light they are receiving is UVB.
