Hi-

Well if you dont have a dripper where the veiled can lick water drops when ever he wants, then you would need to make sure he/she get all the water they need each time you mist so it might take 20 min. If you have a dripper and mist to provide humidity, then just mist the cage down, and move on. Hope this helps!


:We mist our veiled 3-4 times day, but how long should we be misting for. I read on a site that we should mist for 20-30 minutes at a time, or mist him until he has stopped drinking for 5 minutes. Is this the proper way?
