I printed out a high quality picture of my panther and held it about a foot from my Jackson with no reaction what so ever. Then I brought the actual panther to the Jackson and the Jackson started nodding his head and turned colors. So from this non-scientific experiment, I would have to assume that the pictures would not bother your chameleon.
