.:I'm using 100W Big Apple Herp 'Capture the Sun' mercury vapor bulbs in 10" domes. They provide UVA, UVB and all the heat the cages need. The MV bulbs also penetrate up to 6' deep, as opposed to 12" or so for the UV tubes. I have yet to have any problem with the Big Apple MV bulbs.
