yes, you will want to 'dust' and 'gutload' your feeders. what your crix (or feeders) eat is, in turn, what your cham eats. as for age, you will simply cut back on dusting, as your cham gets older.

:if i am dusting crickets with a supplement do i still need to gut load them also? is this dependent on the age of the cham?
