You're doing fine so far you've crossed the first hurdle, week 1, from my experience this is the hardest. Once they're established like this it's really a matter of maintaining them in the same manner. Now on to 3 months. Those that survive that will be well on their way.

Outside for as long as you can will be better for them. 10-15 mins really isn't that long. 4-5 hours a day would give them better exposure to natural sunlight and UVB. Your inside setup is working, the temps are fine just be sure they are getting good UVB exposure.
