Is D3 needed with UVB light?

I just got ready to order some Miner-All and a Powersun bulb. Since I will be using UVB lighting should I still get the "inside" Miner-all containing vitamin D3? Was worried about D3 overdose. By the way, it's for a 2 month old Veiled. Opinions?
