For supplements we've found that the MinerAll works best. I've found that it sticks better to the prey so more ends up in your cham. Certain species (such as jacksons) are more sensitive to over supplementing so you need to watch that. Proper gutloading is also essential in proper nutrition.

With lighting my experiences have been 1) Natural sunlight (I was amazed at the increased feeding and activity when we moved our chams outside) 2)PowerSun and 3) the Reptisun. We're in the process of switching all our indoor lighting to the PowerSuns (bearded dragons, uros and chams) after I ran them on some young jacksons as a test.
