No, not the lips inside the mouth and you must mean wives tale. It would only be a wise tale if it ends up being true.
Thanks for the tip on the Big Apple Capture the sun bulb. I have only had the T-rex bulb one month so I don't know how durable it is but it has helped my female panther to start basking and eating more.
