It's not an exact science, but the key here is that this is a female. Females should have their food intake lessened at about this age, as they can start being little egg laying machines. Too much food, very large clutches of larger eggs. Difficult for her to lay. I would switch to a bigger feed one day and a snack the next. If you make sure the insects she does get are gutloaded well, she should be fine. Check the base of her tail. If the cross section shape from to to bottom is oval egg shaped (larger end down) her weight is OK.
