Something is wrong. All is not looking good if she gave you all these medications without doing any labwork to see if they will be needed. He is too young to act "old". Did the vet test for specific infections before giving you Baytril? Did she do an xray to see if he has MBD and/or bone thinning? If not, the extra calcium may be wasted or can be overdosed, and the Baytril pointless if an infection is not sensitive to this antibiotic. You'll need to tell us very specifically about his setup, temps, type of lighting (brands please), what gutload and dusts you use and how often. How you water, humidity and temps. Chances are there is a nutritional deficiency, but it's hard to tell from your message so far. In the mean time, there are some cham nutritional articles on www.adcham.com, www.chameleonnews.com and www.chameleonjournals.com that may give you some ideas.
