I would take him to the vet. You have a juvie nosey be, right? Probably good just to get an overall health check, as well as his eye looked at. I take my cats to the vet yearly just for a checkup. I know, they aren't the same as chams. The point is that mostly with cats, you can't tell if they are sick untill something is majorly wrong. Chams are the same. Actually, most animals are. It's a survival instinct. Take him in, get him weighed, is mouth and everything checked, and his eye too. Then you will know exactly how to fix it, without experimenting. Time is valuable with a sick pet. It is also nice to know about his overall health. :)
