Hi- When you take your chameleon outside it should always be caged, to prevent any birds from taking it away for food or it getting lost and so on... The more outside sunning you can give your chameleon the better. If you are doing it 5+ times per day then you want to make sure you use a vitamin supplement that does not have D3 in it. Hope this helps!
