I believe Linsey was trying to tell you is break one open and see if dead or alive. The others will probably have the same fate and keeping a bunch of dead cocoons is pointless. Take the advice and use it heck it's one cocoon. Finally check your care against an established care sheet an seeif anything is different such as humidity, food, temps, fungis, air circulation nd on and on. No oe can give a direct cause as we aren't to see it in person. I personall haven't had a problem raising from eggs to beeding the adults so just recheck your whole set up and care..
