i had a superworm bite my female veiled one time. that was the last time a superworm was fed without a crushed head. time to move to silkies.

:Today when I was feeding Zoe meal worms...one was twisting around while hanging out of Zoe mouth. It turned around, and bit him on the EYE!
:It wouldn't let go! Zoe banged his face on the table he was on trying to dislodge it...he did this about three times before the thing finally let go! I tried to grab it, but Zoe was thrashing his head around so much I couldn't get it.
:It just had him by the skin, thankfully, rather than the eye itself..but still!
:I think I will crush their little skulls before I feed them to him again!
