What is the best substrat for Jackson's?

I have a young pair of Jackson's and the female is pregnant I was told she looks it. What should I put on the floor of thier cage? They are in a 38 g screen cage. I have a nice full spectrum sun light on them with vine's and leafy vine's. I'm going to get a ficus tree when the weather permit's the store's around here. I will post pic's in a few day's after they get settled in better. They are already eating for me.
